Bullying at work can result in stress, low self-esteem, and mental and physical health complications. It is critical to be able to identify these habits in your staff. By attending this workshop, we will examine ways to deal with workplace bullying.
Along with completing this course, participants will receive information on how to differentiate between various types of bullying actions. We will discuss how to properly use the employee handbook to address workplace bullying. Additionally, we will cover the repercussions of avoiding bullying and failing to handle it immediately in the workplace.
