Refund/Cancellation Policy

HRTrainOnline reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any webinar event due to inevitable reasons like insufficient registrations (for e.g. if the number of participants is less than five) or circumstances beyond its control. All the attendees will be notified about the cancellation of the event 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the webinar event.

Upon such cancellation, registered attendees will get a full refund of the amount paid in a single settlement through a banker's check deposited to the bank account specified by you. Please mail in your request with the bank details or you could even update the details by logging in to https://www.hrtrainonline.com/ and your payment will be processed within 3 working days.

Or alternately, the attendees can opt for any one of the below:

  • The webinar so cancelled can be rescheduled and the rescheduled webinar stream may be availed. In such an event, an online redeemable voucher will be mailed with some codes and passwords. The same should be redeemed within twelve months` time.
  • If the attendees wish to take a different webinar that has the same price tag at a future date and time, they are welcome to do so. In such an event, an online redeemable voucher will be mailed with some codes and passwords. The same should be redeemed within twelve months` time.
  • On-Demand recording in exchange but equal to the original amount remitted.

However, HRTrainOnline will not be responsible for any penalties or other expenditure incurred due to the cancellation.

Individual attendees can cancel their event for any specific reason. They must notify HRTrainOnline about the cancellation of a particular event at least two working days prior to the event start date.

If the attendee fails to cancel his/her registration to the event within the above mentioned stipulated time or if s/he fails to attend the event, no refund shall be made.

However, if the attendees notify HRTrainOnline about the cancellation of a particular event at least two days before the event, they will be issued a voucher. In such an event, an online redeemable voucher will be mailed with some codes & passwords. The same should be redeemed within twelve months` time.

Memberships Cancellation policy:

Clients enrolled under any membership program can cancel the service within 10 calendar days starting from the date of their enrollment/payment made or by accessing 3 or less number of courses, whichever falls earlier. Request for cancellation must be sent in writing via e-mail. Post that client will be issued an online redeemable voucher. An online redeemable voucher, worth the amount paid, will be e-mailed with some codes & passwords. The same should be redeemed within twelve months’ time. Voucher will expire post 12 months period.

If the client fails to cancel the registration to the event within the above mentioned stipulated time or if s/he fails to attend the event, no refund shall be made.
