Does work/life balance even exist?

That is exactly what we are going to be exploring in this engaging and educating presentation. Far too many women especially are pulled in all different directions - and wear far too many hats. It becomes near impossible to be all the things to all the people, without experiencing copious - and unnecessary - amounts of stress and overwhelm.

In this session, you will understand the underlying causes of your stress, and how to address it before reaching total burnout (stress management). Beyond bubble baths and spa days, you will identify ways to manage your own mental health - regardless of where you are and how much time you have (self management).

Finally, you will discover the concepts of brave boundaries and brave conversations, and learn key strategies to be able to speak up about where you’re at and what you need (relational management).

Life can be challenging, but it’s time to discern between what is and what is not within our control, and focus on the former. You will leave this session with powerful, actionable tools to move beyond work/life balance, so you feel back in control and in the driver’s seat!
