Instructor:
Theresa Hummel-Krallinger is an accomplished HR executive and consultant with experience leading human resources and organizational development initiatives for companies in a wide range of industries throughout the globe.
She has served as a trusted advisor to international leaders at all levels for over 20 years. Having held executive leadership roles in the financial services and pharmaceutical industries, as well as serving as the president of two professional organizations and her own company, she brings first-hand leadership experience and examples from which to draw.
Her passion for HR and commitment to helping organizations create high-performing cultures has made her a sought-after expert in the industry. She has presented on topics such as organizational culture, management and leadership development, talent management, and employee engagement at national, regional, and local chapters of SHRM, ATD, and other professional organizations.
Theresa served on the non-credit faculty at Temple University for 17 years, teaching courses in business communications and leadership. She holds several certifications in HR, OD topics, including an executive certificate from Wharton’s Chief Human Resource Officer program. Her book, “Building Your Career Boat,” will be published in late 2023. She is a finalist for HR Person of the Year 2023 for the SHRM consortium of NJ, PA, and DE chapters.
In addition to her work in HR, she has been a professional comedian since 2002. She won Emmy’s in 2019 and 2021 for her work on the PBS show, “Counter Culture.”
