Overview:

Surveys of CEOs identify the importance of effective strategic and organizational management of human capital. These surveys also highlight the concern senior management has about the impact of human capital related risks and often the lack of effective management of that risk. As PWC reported in its annual global survey of CEOs, human capital related risks, which included the "availability of key skills" rank as a critical risk that could negatively affect the achievement of strategic and business objectives, that negatively affected competitiveness, and that hampered the organization's ability to innovate.

HR experts and business leaders further note that misaligned, ineffective, and improper human capital management policies, practices, and processes create financial, operational, and reputational risks that can threaten an organization's bottom line, adversely impact sustainability, and reduce the organization's value for its stakeholders.

Conversely, effective human capital risk management can create a competitive advantage, create new business development opportunities, enhance the effective deployment of resources, and create value.

This workshop addresses the use of HR Audits to assess the issues of strategic, operational, and human capital risk management, and their impact on the organization. It reviews the growing importance of AI, key risk management and human capital management concepts, and risk controls and risk mitigation strategies and techniques.

Why you should Attend: Organizations that effectively manage their Strategic, Organizational, and Compliance human capital issues and risks increase the value of their human capital, are better positioned to seize new business opportunities, are more resilient to volatile markets, and are more responsive to political and governmental constraints.
