She’s a certified HR professional and has held VP and Director roles in diverse industries including health care, gaming and hospitality, banking, and manufacturing.

As Head of the HR + People Strategy practice with Peridus Group, a boutique human capital consulting firm, she focuses on designing people strategies that are forward-looking, progressive and human-focused.

Robin regularly speaks to global HR and TA audiences, writes for various publications as well as her own popular HR blog, and serves as co-host of the long-running podcast Drive Thru HR. She’s a Board Co-Chair with HR Open Source and has served on the Advisory Boards for HROnboard, BlackbookHR, and the Louisiana Business Network.
