Overview:

According to Mercer, an HR consulting firm, more than 80% of employees are at risk of burnout in 2024. 43% of employees cited financial strain as a contributing factor, 40% cited exhaustion, and 37% said they were struggling with an excessive workload. In addition, as many companies are downsizing or on budget freeze, employees are also concerned about job security.

For associates to be engaged, productive, innovative and loyal in these high-pressured times, they need to know the company cares about them. This care is demonstrated by generating a resilient organizational wellness culture.

Why you should Attend: Generate a resilient culture that supports the wellness of your associates and watch engagement, high performance, and the ability to attract and retain top talent significantly increase.

Yet, most organizations attempt to create a wellness culture by offering gym memberships, healthy snacks and other amenities. This approach is not effective enough. Rarely do they ask their employees what constitutes wellness for them, and what changes they would like to be made to the organizational culture.

In this live, interactive presentation I will discuss state of the art approaches and tips for generating a culture that not only can recover in these disruptive times, it can exceed what has been.
